We’re Bryant and Marcie Chapman, and we’re proud to call Houston, Texas, home. For more than 30 years, our family has been fortunate enough to experience some of the most beautiful ski destinations across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Of all the places we’ve visited, Breckenridge has always held a special place in our hearts—so when the opportunity came to purchase a ski home of our own, Breckenridge was the natural choice.

In June 2014, we purchased our first home at White Wolf Lodge. After several wonderful years and countless memorable family trips, we sold that townhome in September 2017 and purchased our current home to better accommodate our growing family. With every visit, our appreciation for the mountains, the town, and the unique experience Breckenridge offers has only grown.

Our goal is simple: to provide a beautiful, comfortable, and top-notch home where you can relax, reconnect, and create memories of your own. We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do, and we hope it becomes a special part of your Breckenridge experience. In return, we simply ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would give your own.

One of the things that makes our home special is that it is truly family owned and personally cared for. Marcie and I manage the property ourselves, along with our daughter, Christie. If something unexpected comes up during your stay, you won’t be dealing with a large management company or an anonymous call center—you’ll be communicating directly with our family. We have also developed relationships with trusted local contractors and service providers so that, if something does need attention, we can work quickly to get it resolved.

More than anything, we hope to build relationships with the wonderful people who choose to stay in our home. Our dream is to welcome back returning guests year after year, get to know the families who visit, and perhaps even make a few new friendships along the way.
