Great house, great location and great overall rental experience. We have rented in the Breckenridge area many times over the last 10 years and this year was special. This is a great house for a large group (we had 11 family and friends) with convenient access to the ski slopes, the Nordic center (worth checking out!) and easy to get to town on the shuttle or walking. The host made the check in process straight forward and the house had everything we needed for the week. A strong recommend!

Lovely property! We enjoyed a week here during a ski trip and everything was perfect. The location is great and very close to peak 8 base. If you want to use the shuttle to the base, you only have to walk 5 minutes to the pickup spot. The warmth of the house is a reflection of the owners. Dont forget to leave a note on the guest book.

Home was absolutely perfect for a couples trip with 6 adults. Property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in listing. The location was really great for getting to Peak 8 and into town, and we used both local shuttle and our rented vehicle multiple times throughout the stay. Would absolutely recommend, and will book at this property again when we come back to Breckenridge.

Our family had an excellent stay this past week! The house was incredibly equipped with everything we could possibly need and we extra appreciated all the family options for our little ones. Highchair, baby gate, cabinet locks were all details that made our stay even easier. The location is also super ideal and within a few short minutes from everything we needed. Although we didn’t ski, we were super happy to use the sleds that were in the garage and our kids built snowmen right out front. The fireplaces made the house extra cozy when coming home after playing outside. We did not use the hot tub but it literally is right off the back door and was cleaned off by the snow removal team. Overall wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

Hello, The only thing we found was the couch was torn and the front door lock did not work in which I text the host.

This house is very spacious and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, brand new appliances and many extras left by the owners (did need to run out to get spices, dish soap, etc.,.)The location is ideal! The patio offers privacy and nice neighborhood. The owners were very ncie to work with. Thank yiu for a fun ladies get away weekend. It was perfect for us!

Great house and large enough for our family of 10! Owners were receptive to the few issues that came up. Loved the location and the easy ability to see moose! 3 days in a row!
